Summary:
- Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Will lead efforts to analyze, redesign, and implement improved business processes in alignment with the Oracle EBS 12.x implementation.
- Will work with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and low-code/no-code platforms to model and document processes.\
- Supports the development of As-Is, To-Be, gap analysis, and other necessary documentation to include business processes, architectures, and flow diagrams for the enhancement of the EBS environment.
- Provides facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation for business process re-engineering efforts across all phases of the project.
- Conducts process modernization projects by applying process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles.
- Performs activity and data modeling to analyze current processes and design future state processes.
- Identifies and recommend best practices for process improvement within the context of the Oracle EBS implementation.
- Develops and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes by impacted Business Systems teams.
- Applies business management techniques to optimize organizational workflows.
- Utilizes organizational development principles to facilitate smooth transitions to new processes.
- Employs information system development methods and practices to inform process design.
- Provides supervision and guidance to other team members involved in BPR activities.
- Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and clearly communicating these changes to stakeholders.
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts related to business processes.
- Works with stakeholders and other technical teams to support the business process reengineering efforts while transforming the EBS environment into a Cloud environment.
- Supports BPR activities to maximize the use of a central EBS environment.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must have 7+ years of experience in business process re-engineering with demonstrated, increasing responsibilities within this field.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Must understand the underlying architecture of Oracle EBS (e.g., R12, R12.1, R12.2) and leverage its capabilities for process optimization.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS modules and their related business processes.
- Working experience with BPMN and low code no code platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create frequent, high-quality business presentations.
- Strong persuasion skills to influence stakeholders and drive process change.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, development teams, and other project stakeholders.
Preferences:
- Previous experience in ERP transformation in a federal or DoD environment.
- Currently hold one of the following certifications: IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
- Currently hold one of the following certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator, Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I, Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Essentials (OEM 12c), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12c R1: Fundamentals, Oracle Planning 202x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Essentials.
