Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our company.
Summary:
- Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency
- Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- Will act as the principal point of contact to the DLA KO, PMO, CORs, and COTRs.
- Will manage the overall IDIQ contract and ensure successful execution of all task orders (TOs).
- Will organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract support activities.
- Will lead teams in analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, implementation, and cybersecurity for IT/telecommunications systems.
- Will provide oversight for deliverables, ensuring compliance with Table 5 of the performance work statement.
- Will establish and adjust corporate management structures to support effective contract execution.
- Will deliver comprehensive and clear written and oral communications.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- Must have an ACTIVE Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree OR 4 additional years of relevant experience.
- Must have 5+ years of program management experience.
- Must have 10+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in IT and/or consulting roles in the public or private sectors.
- Must have experience with FPCS and Information Technology acquisition process and its milestones.
- Must have experience analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site at one of the following DLA locations: Fort Belvoir, VA, Richmond, VA, New Cumberland, PA, Columbus, OH, Tracy CA.
- Must be willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time on an as needed basis.
