Summary:
- Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Oversees and plans the deployment of new capabilities to Defense Agencies/Services based on provided agreements/checklists.
- Provides advanced expertise in Oracle EBS, with knowledge of R12.2 or higher.
- Regularly update stakeholders on implementation status.
- Ensures sufficient resourcing for successful implementation.
- Develops, monitors, and reports on risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Leads cutover activities and manage post-production support.
- Guides the creation of "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process documents.
- Drives business process reengineering for optimization and efficiency.
- Collaborates with the Global Model Team in design and testing to meet operational needs.
- Ensures compliance documentation is maintained for each deployment.
- Identifies and support opportunities for post-Implementation workshops for key business functions.
- Develops and reports performance metrics, including BEA, OSD electronic commerce metrics, post-production support metrics, and help desk ticket resolution metrics. Provide Performance Metrics Dashboards.
- Provides post-implementation customer support and conduct outreach for timely post-production processing.
- Leads knowledge sharing sessions on new business processes with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must have 7+ years of ERP Implementation experience.
- Must have previous experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher.
- Must have experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferences:
- One of the following certifications: IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
- One of the following certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator, Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I, Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Essentials (OEM 12c), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12c R1: Fundamentals, Oracle Planning 202x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Essentials.
