ServiceNow Application/Web Developer

Full-Time in United States - Remote OK - HRM

Information Technology Strategies, LLC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Web/Application Developer to work for our company.

Client Agency: Defense Logistics Agency.

Required: Eligibility for U.S. Government SECRET / ITII Clearance, which includes U.S. Citizenship, a clear criminal history, and no financial delinquencies.

Primary Responsibilities: Problem resolution in software, feedback implementation for enhancements, leadership in project teams, involvement in the development of user manuals, and mentorship for other developers.

Specialization: Development on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on innovative and efficient solutions.


Eligibility Criteria: As mentioned, must meet U.S. Government SECRET / ITII Clearance requirements.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform development.
  • Strong background in API integration, supporting LowCode/NoCode Development Platform models.
  • Competence in using low code/no code BPMN tools.
  • Skilled in developing automation software based on BPMN models, familiar with tools like Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
  • Experience in JavaScript (Angular/React).

Development Methodologies: Proficient in agile methodologies and hybrid low-code application development approaches.

Certification Requirement: Must obtain ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification within a stipulated time frame after joining.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive in keeping up with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Experience in cloud-based solutions and integration.

IT-Strat has supported multiple clients including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE via both prime and meaningful subcontracts).
